Mary Tyler Motorhaead has a real name and it is Holly, short for Hollister. (Those of you who know the signifigance of Hollister, a town in California, and motorcycles will get what my father was doing!) she LOVES to ride and rides her own!...ALWAYS...whether it be a 2007 Superglide, a 2007 Road King Custom ( with classic bags better to fit my STUFF!..haha! )...or a 2007 Screaming Eagle Springer....pretty babies!...but which is my fave?...I would have to say my Road King..she goes with me everywhere and the old fraidey cat finally fell in love with the two wheelers and moved the controls so forward on the Superglide for his 6'5" edness..that I cannot even really ride her anymore!...My husband fell in love with that Superglide as I hoped he would!!..and the Road King is such a pretty blue! Suede Blue!...yes, she's my favorite...and she matches my strat!...I am a Mother of two..... a girl and a boy 24 and 14. I am a songwriter and performer from a SUPER ecclectic family!...religions, adoptions, different races....etc. So varied!....I am pretty-much just a 45% redneck who wears designer shoes and suits and writes country and country rock and gets mistaken for my daughters sister all the time and it actually perturbs me! am crazy about loud pipes a group of friends and some good food and fellowship!....Because I am a good songwriter I have obviosly had pain....but some leathers and an open road and the lyrics flow and the wind and sun compete to kiss my face both hard and tender and the layers fall....and I am smiling. I am a strong Libertarian Capitalist wife of an even stronger one! who believes the good guys need to be able to carry a loaded pistol on their hip and some do at all times....I don't smoke but I don't think the government needs to dis-allow it in a private place of business LOVE LOVE LOVE my country and would give my own life for freedom as my Dad did but do NOT trust my government we are multi-business owners so we are not that fond of liberalism especially right now and especially in the gas station and song-writing business......I am originally from the Adirondack Mountain Region....that would make me tough and tender but I claim South Carolina as the land of cotton that I love and my family beach-house in Garden City.....my place of solace....even and especially during Bike Week!!!...and no you can't stay with me so don't ask.....I go alone...even without the hubby who would hate the idea of being there with all those bikes anyway!...heehee! He loves to ride alone or just with me and maybe Chris....Hates to ride with me and all my rowdy friends!....That's cool...i like it just fine...but the more the rubber and louder the pipes, the merrier my heart beats!...I don't like anyone telling me what to wear on my Bike, Gear or otherwise, and as long as I am putting no one else in danger but myself and that is MY CHOICE.....get out of my face! and with a tender smile I am on my iron horse and out on the road!

Anyone who LOVES to ride....likes my music and enjoys my shows...has any good ideas for my business furtherance....just good, real folks!...and jmodini so i can introduce him to a nice girl!....lol!

Riding.....lately a strong yearning for a custom that screams " Mary Tyler Motorhead reigns here! "...My family, varied and ecclectic as they are I love them all so much!...LOVE to write music and books, love to play, love to perform!....am a little on the shy and guarded side off stage but often overcome that in time and trust...guitar and piano...and I am a retired RN....that shocks some people who think I am all about the music since being a pro back-up singer for top bands at a young age but I took all that green and got me an Ivory piece of paper and it was a good thing for a long time...now I just wanna ROCK!!!!

ASIA, THREE DOORS DOWN ( Thanks to my favorite pitcher Mark Guthrie and a fun and crazy night with NEVERNEVER of Baltimore and a morning in DC with that blonde kid Isringhausen(sp?) and Heredia and Ron Gant and the Asian chick laying in the grass gazing straight up at the Washington Monument right before 911)...it still brings tears to my eyes....I wanted to party with Reggie Jackson of the A's not you guys!...lol!..I must admit if I hear you guys singing that "I'm a loser song" in my head again I will have a stroke...don't sing...OK!...nick gilder, Boyz II Men..uh..yeah really!...will continue this later!

A Hodaka(?)...Daddy brought home from Korea while serving in the Air Force....ugly Red/orange but it hummed and it moved me..Honda XL75...several hand-me-downs from brothers and cousins and co-ownerships with men who could not hold the note much less a job!...lol! like an Indian and a Honda or two and even a Suzuki nobby-tired thing....and a '74 Shovelhead......Thanks Daddy R.
