Even though my horse is made of steel and chrome, I'm still just a cowboy at heart.

After many year of trying to deny it, I've come to the conclusion that deep down, I'm a Cowboy. I don't own a horse, but have ridden a few. I prefer to ride my Harley, a lot less chores involved. Like a cowboy longs to ride his horse on the open range, I long to ride my Harley on the open road. I go for a ride when ever I can. I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, hiking in the woods, all those outdoor activies.

Riding and Wrenching on my Harley's. A 1973 FLH and a 2007 Night Train. Hope to put alot of miles on as soon as it gets warm. Usually if its above 40 degrees, I'm riding. When the weather isn't fit for riding, I'm usually on the computer killing time.

I guess they call it "Classic Rock" now, Country, and Good old Rock N Roll.

|
|
Westerns, new ones or old ones. Movies with car chases, motorcycle movies, comedies, I guess I'll watch about anything.
|
|
Anything by Steven King, especially the Dark Tower series. Louis Lamour westerns, my grandpa started me reading these. I can't say I've read them all, but most of them I think. Some more than once. Ted Nudgent, "God, Guns & Rock N Roll".

My hero's have always been cowboys.
Not just the ones that rope n' ride. But all those who stand up for what they believe in, regaurdless of the cost to them. All the people who make a living doing what they love, because it makes them happy, not because it makes them alot of money.

This is my 07 Night Train.
My first and probably last NEW bike. As soon as the warranty is up, I'll be looking to put on some Hooker Darkside Rebel pipes, a Forcewinder airfilter, and upgrade the fuel injection controler.
This is my 1973 FLH.
She's pretty much the way she rolled off the factory line. Although I did change a few things. Put an a mustang seat, higher bars, and an S&S Super E carb. I also took off the hard bags and crash bars and threw on a pair of Willie & Max Mechanic's bags, after all, it is a shovel, and you will need your tools! The tanks and fenders are still stock with the factory paint job, wich still looks pretty good!
My wife has a 90 Sporty.
It has been lowered and has fat bob tanks and full front and rear fenders.

My first bike was a Honda 360. Not sure what year it was, but I'm guessing it was a late 60's model. I had to push start it to get it to run, but I rode the hell out of it. After high school I got an 81 Kawasaki 440 LTD. I also rode that one till it dropped. I went for a few year with out a running bike, untill I found a 76 Sporty. It was a chopper, kickstart only, springer front end, hardtail and all.
