Customer Service
Well when I came to the good old USA I promised myself a fulfillment of a dream - to ride an American chopper and tour the country. After the horrendous experience buying the bike with the dealer even going bankrupt during the process I took my bike to a well known Dallas dealer for warrenty work and for them to fabricate a sissy bar - NINE weeks later they got it back to me. So after riding it around for a few months the paint failed again and, whilst they stood around scratching their heads, their own mechanic snapped the sissy bar in half! So here I am - 4 weeks later with no bike and a bucket full of excuses. Is this typical or am I just unlucky. Back in the UK I always had my bike looked after by Thundercity in Leeds - and they are ACE!!!
So if, by some miracle, they actually do get the bike on the road this week you'll see me in Houston for the Bay Rally - look out for a red vampire bike with a devils tail - come and say hi Y'all (see - I speak Texan now lol)

Unfortunatley, in the last 7 or 8 years, since Harley's and Choppers have become more of a fashion accessory than anything else, a lot of folks have gotten into the business to cash in. Too many of them don't know shit about bikes or even care for that matter. Sounds like you found one of them. Better luck in the future. Ride safe and free!
