What do you carry with you?

As I am getting my supplies for the warmer riding weather, it got me thinking about what others carry with. Is there items that you carry with you at all times verses items that you carry for short/group rides (i.e. poker runs) verses long distance rides?  And why do you carry those items for those particular times?

As for me, I carry in my tank bag aspirin, gloves (non latex for allergies purposes), CPR cover, Band-Aids, And Hard Candies (for diabetics), 3 bandannas, 2 pairs of gloves, Spare pair of glasses (never know if you get back seater or if you need to replace anything.)

In my side cover I carry my tool kit that came with the bike, Alligator clips to put on my battery leads in case I have to jump my bike, Tire pressure gauge, and a Tire tread gauge.

In my tail bag I carry Towels for wiping down or to tear apart, bungees well who knows what you can use them for, Rain Gear x2 (just incase you have a back seater), 3 pairs of gloves, Spare pair of glasses (same reason as before) and a first Aid Kit (enough said there) Rain X and anti fog (for the face shield of helmet and windscreen to apply just incase) Sun Screen to help keep from getting burned.

This is what I carry at all times. As I have just started riding my own the end of last years riding season. I haven't done any long distance on my bike yet and the rides I have gone on with groups I have just carried the above.
