Parade starts from the World’s Largest HOOTERS in Dallas’ West End.
Concert at Cowboys Dancehall – Arlington, TX.
$20 advance / $25 day of event.
All proceeds benefit the S.R.V. Memorial Scholarship Fund established by Martha Vaughan, Stevie’s mother.
