The Patriot Guard Rider
He Rides In The Rain
He pulls on his leathers,
ties his hair back,
hops on his hog, Chrome and Black
The sun is not shining,
as the cold rain falls.
But this is a man who has answered a call.
He rides to show respect,
for the families to protect,
for people he never knew,
Who died for the Red, White and Blue.
The ride is long and it weighs on his mind
of all the loved ones this man leaves behind.
He comes home to his family
emotionally drained,
But he never complains about
Riding In The Rain
