Me and the boy decided to check out this Thursday thing at Chilli's in North CC..
It started at 4pm and we got there around 5:30 and just one bike was there but now 3 because of me and the boy... so we went inside and got our free chips and salsa.. and of course its happy hour so I grabbed a beer.. (still 5 bucks!)..
So around 6 or so we noticed 3 riders coming in on Buells and I thought ok now they are coming in!! Well guess what? These guys work at CCHD!!! and wow they brought a DVD in for the entertainment of course it was the Buell sports bike touring show.. (co-insides with this weekends Buell test drive at CCHD). Ok, now somethings up... well later another handful of dressed up for the ride riders showed up in there cars!! All sporting HD gear... hey,, these guys work at HD!! well by this time they are all sitting at the bar.. I told my son that this is looking more like a employee party and not a bike nite deal.. So we were finishing our meal when a couple of gals came over and gave everyone in the lounge area bumper stickers on HD new ad campaign (Screw it, Lets Ride).. well, these gals also work at HD!! I told my son "Lets Screw and go home" Its an employee party!! Its not to obvious to me that CCHD is hurting for attention, but sorry its not coming from me.. No F$%ing way!!!

The first issue of Ride came and went out like a firecraker!!! It is well accepted in the community and I could not keep these mags in the store.....lets see...I blew thru 500 copies just a one store in two weeks!!! Just cant get them out fast enough!! The next issues is due out around the 1st of March so I should have them out in more places....if any bike club or individules would like to help out just shoot me a line.... I have not seen the next issue but I am sure its gonna be good!!!!!!!
