Wow! What a week...it's not been good...Sunday my daughter, her husband and her dogs and I were doing yard work at my house. My Houdini dog Jr. decided to jump the fence and visit the neighbor behind us. Not a good idea! Apparently there was 2 dogs in that yard, the great dane pup that lives there and another dog that doesn't. Needless to say, NeeCee was over that fence as soon as I heard the ruckus! Apparently one of the dogs chomped down on my baby! My daughter and I took him to the emergency vet clinic and it wasn't good! He's got 2 drains in his head as well as stitches. Anyway, $800 and alot of pain later..he's doing better. I've had to leave work and go home during the day to tend to him....which is a pain, but what do I do, he's my baby!! :)
Sure as hell don't know what to do about him while he's outside..I built him a pen with a top that he can't jump out of, but apparently I won't be able to let him run even if I'm in the yard! And...what about the dog that did it, what if a child (there were children out there at the time) did something to anger this animal?? Would it get vicious with the kids? Guess I'll be watching more closely now......
Anyway...I've got a dogsitter for this weekend and I'm off to Angel City Rally!! Can't wait...definitely need some party time!!! Be gone from Friday nite til Sunday nite...

I'm back from my very first Daytona Bike Week ever! Been a backrest for over 20 years and never got to go.....I will never forget that week as long as I live! It was a fantastic week!! Met lots of great folks that I hope to see again! Drank ALOT, ate alot and danced my ass off!!
Did not want to come home!!! :)
