Free spirit; independent, intellectual and self motivated. Versatile-I know a little about lot of things and seem to be able to fit into any crowd. Love to expereince and learn new things which includes motorcycles and new friends. I have always loved bikes but just started riding my own the past couple of years...

I am very open to meeting anyone who can hold an intelligent conversation but came here mostly in the hope of learning more about motorcycles, about riding and to meet a few people in South St. Petersburg with whom I might be able to hook up on a weekday afternoon or a Saturday morning for a rides...That having been said- I travel a lot so any cool new and interesting person is invited to chat, you never know when I may be in YOUR town...

Anything out doors-walking, riding, fishing and camping, gardening, etc. Travel. MUSIC. Philosophy, science, politics and religon-very "cerebral" and do not do "small talk" very well for long. I am in a life long quest for real freedom...

Pretty eceletic; I love music and can listen to a wide variety of things, just depends on the mood I am in. Pop and rap that encourages disrespect- do not particularly move me. Country usually makes me cry so I avoid it. There is a decided preference toward acoustic sounds/rythyms and sludge stuff. Always nearby: Blacksabbath, Corrosion of Conformity, Clutch, Alice in chains, Primus, Black Keys...etc.

Like them (prefer sci fi, historical or humor)-anything with an edge to it but you will not find me EVER sitting through what are typically considered "girl movies". I work in mental health and have totally enough real life drama to deal with, why would I watch it on the big screen?

Truely-I do not watch it, do not even have cable at the house. I find that even bad programming seems to suck me in (even if only to analyze WHY it is so bad)and really, I have better things to do with my time. I realize I may be missing a lot of pop culture but I do not care. I do like to catch videos-Dr. Who and South Park.

Avid reader of anything though prefer short stories and articles due to time constraints (if I get a good fiction book I know that nothing else will get accomplished until I finish it). Uncle John Readers have GOT to be amongst my favorites (why the hell didn't I think of them first?)

A really sweet 1979 KZ 1000. Bought her as a beater bike and have since come to love her so that I can never imagine letting her go...I do not ride her like she should be riden though-personally think I am built more for comfort than for speed, but it's good to know what's under there...

Were all owned by the men in my life so they do not really count...I do have plenty of fond memories around those...
